ECO Partners at this tier serve as extensions of SIGMA's services, aiding in reaching more clients. While the responsibilities are entry-level, the commitment to quality remains unwavering. SIGMA equips Standard Tier partners with essential resources, ensuring clients receive dependable solutions.

Standard Tier offers the following to eco-partner:

The standard tier permits the eco-partner to encompass a particular country. To extend coverage to a regional scale, the eco-partner must undergo an upgrade to the advanced tier.

SCOPE OF OFFERINGS
The standard tier eco-partner possesses the authority to offer clients a predetermined range of services, typically within specific services vertical such as "Implementation Services", "Operation Services" or “Consulting Services” for instance. This will be determined according to the capabilities of the eco-partner.

SIGMA PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
SIGMA equips its standard-tier eco-partners with comprehensive intellectual materials, detailed service manuals, and sales onboarding training. This empowerment enables the sales and technical staff of the eco-partner to effectively position SIGMA’s services, solutions and consulting.

SIGMA PRE-SALES SUPPORT
SIGMA will offer pre-sales assistance to its standard eco-partner to ensure successful deal closure. This pre-sales support will be tailored according to the analysis of deal qualifications and maturity in collaboration with the eco-partner.

ENGAGEMENT EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
After the deal is finalized, SIGMA will take over the responsibility of delivering and executing the resultant project through its resources maintaining quality control throughout the whole process.

FINANCIAL BENEFITS
The Standard ECO partner receives specific discount levels applicable to all services within its scope, providing direct financial advantages to the partner. These discount levels are established based on the EPP tier and are consistent across all services within the designated scope.

ADVANCED TIER

The Advanced Tier signifies a deeper level of engagement and expertise. Partners at this level take on more comprehensive responsibilities, engaging in a wider range of services and solutions. SIGMA's investment in training and coaching intensifies at this tier, ensuring that the partner's capabilities align seamlessly with SIGMA's quality standards. The Advanced Tier partners are poised to deliver enhanced value to clients while upholding the SIGMA ethos.

SIGMA PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
SIGMA equips its advanced-tier eco-partners with comprehensive intellectual materials, detailed service manuals, and sales onboarding training. This empowerment enables the sales and technical staff of the eco-partner to effectively position SIGMA’s services, solutions and consulting.

SIGMA offers special training for services delivery mechanisms according to the eco-partner scope.

SIGMA PRE-SALES SUPPORT
SIGMA will offer pre-sales assistance to its advanced eco-partner to ensure successful deal closure. This pre-sales support will be tailored according to the analysis of deal qualifications and maturity in collaboration with the eco-partner.

ENGAGEMENT EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
After the deal is finalized, SIGMA will entrust its advanced eco-partner with the responsibility of executing the engagement for specific services (example of such services are transaction-based services and some of the subscription-based services”) yet closely overseeing and maintaining quality control throughout the process.
